Just a few 'guidelines' to keep the guild as peaceful and fun as possible. (:
*First, and most importantly, real life comes first. We all have lives outside of game, and I especially, since I have a 3 year old myself, understand that things come up in real life. Just let someone know if something happens to where you cant attend events you're supposed to or whatever the case may be.
*Please try to bring as little OOC drama into the guild as possible.
*On a similar note, keep IC issues and OOC issues separate, please.
*Respect is a big thing, please try to show some to your guild mates. Please also show some to the community also. Remember, your actions and words reflect back on our guild.
*If you're going to be absent from the game for a while, please try to let me know so that I dont boot you from the guild or demote you due to inactivity. (Guidelines for these actions is detailed in the ranking information)
*Please check the website often. There may be times something is posted there that is not mentioned in game. There may also be rewards for people who actively participate on the website, contests, giveaways, etc. Any guideline or information changes will also be posted there, so check back often so you dont miss anything.
*If you ever have any issues or questions at all, please feel free to find me. I am always open to answering questions and open to suggestions!
Ranking System
Guild Master-Zaien
Hey look, it's me! GM is pretty straightforward, I'd think, so wont make you read 3 paragraphs all about me, just a couple things to note. All of my alts will be placed in 'Veteran' rank and will have a public note telling you they're me. If you ever need -anything- at all, please get in touch with me and I'll do whatever I can to help get you what you need. If you cant find me, get with an officer and they'll get you in touch with me.
Officer
My officers are people I either know personally, or who have been with the guild for a while. They should all have my phone number and/or email, so if you need me and I'm not around, they should be able to either give you these, or get ahold of me themselves for you. If you need anything, feel free to find one of them.
Veteran
Veterans are almost as high as officers. They have been with the guild for a while and should be able to point you in the right direction if you need any help and there are no officers or myself online.
Member
This is the basic member rank most members will be at. You will be moved here after 2 weeks of being in the guild.
Initiate
This is the rank you'll actually come in as, and will be here for 2 weeks. Once those two weeks are over you'll be moved up to Member, assuming you've caused no extreme drama or anything of that sort.
Probation
Probation is for people who are currently inactive in the game, or have had some kind of incident within the guild or community that has not been resolved yet. If you have been completely inactive for a full month you will be put in probation rank until you return. If something happens within the guild or community, you may be placed in probation rank until it is resolved, but we will definitely try to avoid this at all costs. Only time that should be the case is if there is a lot of unnecessary drama while I am not around, one of my officers may put you in probation rank until I can get online to solve the issue, and then you will be returned to your previous rank.
